1. Will you contact me the day before I travel?
Yes, a courtesy text will be sent to the mobile number provided upon booking, the day before your departure.

2. Do you offer pick-ups/drop-offs at multiple locations?
Yes, this service can be arranged before your journey. Kindly inform us of your requirements, and we will provide a quote accordingly. We serve Blackpool, Bispham, Lytham St Annes, Poulton, Thornton Cleveleys, Wrea Green, Freckleton, Warton, Kirkham, Fleetwood, Knott End, Hambleton, Pilling, Fylde Coast, Wyre, Preston.

3. Are all vehicles and drivers licensed?
Absolutely, all our vehicles undergo annual testing by Blackpool Council, and our drivers are fully licensed, regularly undergo medical examinations, and have undergone DBS checks.

4. Do you supply car/booster seats?
We kindly request that you provide your own seats for children. We're happy to store them for you until your return journey.

5. Can I book for more than 8 passengers?
Certainly, we can accommodate larger groups with multiple vehicles. Please contact us for pricing and bookings.

6. How early do I need to book my taxi?
While prebooking in advance is advisable, we can often provide vehicles on shorter notice. Feel free to call us to check availability.

7. Are your prices per vehicle or per person?
All prices are per vehicle.

8. Are there any hidden charges?
No, what you see is what you pay.

9. What types of vehicles do you use?
Our fleet includes Saloons, Estates, and Minibuses catering to up to 8 passengers.

10. How long have you been in business?
Our management team has over 15 years of retail business experience, and our drivers collectively boast 14 years of private hire driving experience.

11. What airports do you cover?
We cover all major airports, including Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds Bradford, Newcastle, Birmingham, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, and London City Airport.

12. How do I pay?
Payment can be made in cash to the driver in Pounds at the start of the journey. Alternatively, we offer a remote payment link for your convenience.

13. Are you a local business or a national agent?
We are a Blackpool based family owned business, not one of the large national agents who just pass your booking on to others and take a cut.
