 Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1. Service Provider: The company or individual providing the airport transfer services.

1.2. Client: The person or entity booking the airport transfer services.

1.3. Driver: The person operating the vehicle provided for the transfer.

 

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1. Booking Process: Bookings can be made online, via phone, or email. Confirmation is subject to availability. If an error occurs in auto pricing of a journey due to address issues, we will notify you of this error and the correct price, you can choose to accept or reject this offer, if you reject the offer and wish to cancel your booking then a full refund will be given. 

2.2. Information Required: Clients must provide accurate information including flight details, pickup time, and destination address.

2.3. Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once the Client receives a confirmation email or message from the Service Provider.

 

3. Payment

3.1. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, credit card, debit card, or other specified methods.

3.2. Payment Terms: Payment may be required in advance, at the time of booking, or at the time of the service direct to the driver. If a return trip has been booked this must be paid in advance at the time of the outward journey.  

3.3. Receipts: A receipt will be issued upon completion of payment.

 

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1. Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer may incur a cancellation fee.

4.2. Cancellation by Service Provider: The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4.3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within a specified number of business days (e.g., 7-10 days) from the cancellation date.

 

5. Changes to Booking

5.1. Amendments: Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5.2. Flight Delays: Clients must inform the Service Provider of any flight delays. The Service Provider will attempt to accommodate changes subject to availability.

 

6. Service Conditions

6.1. Punctuality: The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure the driver arrives on time. However, the Service Provider is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6.2. Waiting Time: The driver will wait for a specified period (e.g., 60 minutes after flight landing) at the airport. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

6.3. Luggage: Clients are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits in the vehicle. The Service Provider is not liable for damage or loss of personal belongings during the transfer.

 

7. Liability

7.1. Insurance: The Service Provider will maintain adequate insurance coverage for the vehicles and drivers.

7.2. Limitation of Liability: The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

7.3. Force majeure: We accept no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of our obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints, unusual traffic levels, or industrial action.

 

8. Conduct and Safety

8.1. Client Conduct: Clients must behave appropriately and respect the driver and vehicle. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the service if the client's behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Damage to the vehicle will be charged at cost plus £75. If a passenger soils the vehicle a charge of £75 will be applied to valet the vehicle. 

8.2. Safety Measures: Clients must wear seat belts at all times. The Service Provider adheres to all local traffic laws and safety regulations.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1. Data Collection: The Service Provider collects personal data necessary for the booking and provision of services.

9.2. Data Use: Personal data will be used in accordance with the Service Provider’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

9.3. Data Sharing: Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or necessary for the provision of services.

 

10. Governing Law

10.1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the Service Provider operates.

10.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

 

11. Amendments

11.1. Changes to Terms: The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Acceptance

12.1. Agreement: By booking the airport transfer service, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
